MuskokaTech Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains the privacy practices of MuskokaTech Inc. (MuskokaTech) with respect to all Crawfisher branded mobile applications as well as third party libraries utilized. This privacy policy describes the ways MuskokaTech uses and discloses your Personal Information and the rights and options available to you.
Crawfisher runs on various devices. A Device is any computer used to run the Crawfisher application, including without limitation a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device.
In this policy, the term Personal Information means any information that may be used with reasonable efforts to contact you and/or identify you, such as a first and last name, home address, phone number and email addresses, places you visit, etc.
To use this App, a Crawfisher account is required to provide support for the app. When you sign up, we record your email address and encoded password on our secure private servers at https://pathaway.com to keep track of your account status and application settings such as trial period, license status, and other non-personal information that faciliate supporting the app and providing service.
To protect your data, you may choose to backup your data to our secure servers for safe keeping. We do not use any of this data for any purpose other than to store it on our servers. Only you can retreive the data via your Crawfisher Account.
We collect information on device-level events, such as crashes and battery life information, in order to provide customer service, and to make improvements to the App. When collecting this data, only information about the device manufacturer, model, operating system, and device details helpful to assist in resolving the problem is collected. No Personal Information is collected.
How we use the information we collect
We use required information, as the case may be, to process your
licenses or to register your purchases so that we can provide
appropriate support. Customer information also contributes to the
development of new or improved products or services.
If you provide your email, postal address or phone number, we may use them to communicate with you, but we will not do so if you don't want us to.
MuskokaTech greatly values you as a customer and respects your interest in your personal information. We are not in the practice of selling or renting names or other identifying information to outside parties. Under no circumstances will your personal information be shared with a third party unless given explicit permission by you.
How we use email
MuskokaTech emails you your online order confirmation. We will
only contact you with regards to an order that you have made.
If you filled out our contact, bug report feedback, product download form and specified you would like to receive our newsletter, then we occasionally send email notices of upgrades, special offers and new product announcements. We may also solicit your input on new products or feedback on existing ones. You may remove your name from our email list at any time by following the "Unsubscribe" instructions at the bottom of any email message from us. You will continue to receive email order confirmations.
Location based information that we collect:In order for the Crawfisher Application to function, it requires your location information. This information is only used during the active usage of the App and is not shared with anyone, and is not sent or uploaded to MuskokaTech's or third party website.
When you install the Crawfisher Applications you may be requested by the Device operating system to provide your consent to the use of your location by the Application. If you do not wish to share your location you can choose to deny such access. However, operation of the Application will be severely limited.
If you believe that your privacy has been compromised by any person, in the course of using the Services,

You may send MuskokaTech other requests, responses, questions, complaints, or to have your stored information removed, by contacting MuskokaTech

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a change to this Privacy Policy that we believe materially reduces your rights, we will provide a notice. We may provide notice of changes in other circumstances as well. By continuing to use the Crawfisher Application after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
